Friday, 7/26/24

 Jason brought home some nice little eggplants, so I spent approximately 7 hours (well, that's what it felt like) breading it for eggplant Parm. Jason used the deep fryer to cook them all up and they were delicious and basically worth the work. Finished off the last of the garlic flatbreads but the giant wad of overcooked pasta abides.
