Dinner with Jen and John on an unexpected Thursday! The Blue Apron du jour was steak and mashed potatoes with Brussels sprouts. We brought fresh new potatoes from the farm to supplement, and kale that we made into a kale salad. Jason made chocolate chip cookies but had trouble with cooking them in their toaster oven. Everyone ate them up anyway. For once it was a nice evening and we were able to sit outside and admire the moon.
