I wanted to try the tomato-dumpling salad while it was still fresh in my mind, so we picked up some potstickers from Aldi and gave it another go. These dumplings were definitely tastier, which was good as my tomatoes were slightly mealy. Chili crisp vinaigrette really makes the dish; next time I would like to add the optional fried shallots. I bet those French's fried onions in a can would do just fine.
