 While I was home for lunch, I very quickly made a broccoli-cheddar quiche (I had chopped up the broccoli and made the pie crust earlier, so it was pretty easy). So we had that and a salad (with a nice herby vinaigrette ).  No real recipe, just loose guidelines from SK's spinach quiche.
