Saturday, 2/1/25

 Nachos for dinner (still going at the freezer: this was for the frozen refried beans). I got fancy and made a cheese sauce, but I can't say it was an improvement over just melted cheese. Also made a sort of rough guacamole with cherry tomatoes; kind of like guac meets salsa. Ice cream (yes, another freezer item) for dessert.
