Sunday, 1/10/16

Beef stew, loosely based on a recipe from Smitten Kitchen (also, I used the slow cooker and that was very successful). I was out of beef stock, so I just omitted it and you couldn't really tell. We also had egg noodles and a salad. Carter said it was a very good salad, but I think he was just being polite.
