First night home, Jason made pancakes and bacon. A couple of fun facts: boxed pancake mix is delicious (but only the kind where you add eggs and oil), and really brown bananas are excellent in pancakes: they caramelize and their mushiness isn't noticeable. It was nice to be in our own kitchen again (although the rest of the house isn't up to our vacation home standards).
