Dessert fail at Jennie and David's. Despite my careful, careful mixing, my poundcake turned out dry. So embarrassing. The strawberry whipped cream (from SE) that so intrigued me (process freeze dried fruit with sugar, add cream for a dense, fruity whipped cream with a better shelf life) was no better than fine. Disappointing.
