Thursday, 8/11/16

Couscous, turkey/scallion meatballs, broccoli. The meatball recipe (light and flavorful) is from the NYT;  the only change I made was to add a bit of panko. The glaze with it needed a little tinkering (as I noted last time I made these). It wasn't quick, but it was quite good.
