I was planning to make chicken korma, but a giant batch of salsa verde that I made (and didn't love) was glaring at me from the fridge. So I marinated the chicken in that, and grilled it along with skewered onion, cherry tomatoes and red pepper. Unfortunately, it wasn't a great marinade, because I thought the chicken was a little dry. We also had corn-off-the-cob and Jason made us some pita bread. Pretty good summer meal. I love grilled cherry tomatoes for their concentrated juiciness.
