Thursday, 9/20/18

I had planned to make a kidney bean curry from Made In India, but realized I only had one can of kidney beans. oops. So instead it was chana masala, which turned out very well. I pureed the tomatoes (instead of just crushing them), so the texture was a little thicker, and substituted pakora masala for the garam masala. Throw in some peas, serve over rice, and done.
