Dinner with Jen and John and Laurie. Jason made pizza, I baked the rest of a batch of coconut/brown butter cookies I had in the freezer (from Smitten Kitchen, I believe). I don't know what I did differently, or if freezing was somehow beneficial, but these were tastier than I remembered. Even coconut-averse Jen liked them.
