Two fun Blue Aprons at my dad's: popcorn chicken with togarashi seasoning, rice and a cabbage slaw, and paneer tacos with onions and poblanos,  plus a different cabbage slaw. I felt silly making too different slaws, but they were both tasty in their own way. The popcorn chicken was very popular (and delicious). Tried to pawn off more carrot cake. Still have a ton left.
