First night of SULA; fortunately I got off work eary and had time to make dinner. I was going to make a chicken stirfry with rice, but Carter wanted tacos (and we had some leftover shells), so I made a sort of Mexican rice and panfried the chicken instead. He loved it! A dinner victory. We also had some broccoli. And the Ultimate went well, too.
