Since I was making a galette dough on Saturday, I made two, and used the other to make a cheddar-broccoli galette from Serious Eats. I thought it was excellent, although no one else seemed to care one way or the other. The only thing I would change is a sharper cheese. We also had an overly vinegary romaine salad. Jason took a picture for me, since he was the one who finished baking it:
