Sunday, 3/8/20

I grilled chicken that I  marinated in a spicy yogurt, and made a fancy pilaf with barberries and toasted almonds, plus sauteed cabbage and a few vegetable skewers (zucchini, onions, cherry tomatoes) that I also grilled. Well, the chicken was a little dry (more acid?) and the rice was curiously bland, so I guess my favorite part was the grilled cherry tomatoes. Oh well, it wasn't bad, just underwhelming.
