Wednesday, 3/4/20

Had a weird split shift at work, so came home midday and threw together a baked pasta dish with shells, ground pork, spinach, peppers and onions, and of course, mozzarella. Made the meat sauce in the Instant Pot (15 minutes, high pressure) and I was pretty pleased with it. The pork adds a lot of flavor, and Carter, who isn't a fan of lasagna type foods, said it wasn't bad.
