Tuesday, 4/13/21

 Ricotta gnocchi and roasted asparagus, which is somewhat ambitious for a week night. Everything turned out pretty well, except that in my hurry, the gnocchi weren't as pretty as they could have been. Next time I'll make more of an effort. No recipe, just add a couple of eggs, some parm and as much flour as needed to get a workable consistency.
