Monday, 9/13/21

 Tofu, sauteed with the usual suspects (ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sriracha). I briefly marinated the tofu in sraracha, soy sauce and brown sugar, and Carter actually complimented it! He could taste the sweetness and felt it was a good addition. Easy enough, little guy. Laso had cabbage sauteed with leeks and was surprised at the subtle differences between leeks and regular onions.
