Sunday, 9/19/21

 Quinoa bowls with sweet potato, grilled chicken and a tahini vinaigrette. Carter was NOT a fan of the sweet potatoes, tolerated the quinoa, was vaguely dissatisfied with the dressing...but he liked the chicken! Jason and I liked it fine and it certainly sounds healthy.

The vinaigrette from  Julia Turshen is a real keeper: equal parts olive oil, cider vinegar, tahini and soy sauce. Couldn't be easier.
