I had a cauliflower soup with turmeric croutons on the docket. But I just had a feeling that since I couldn't get enthused about it, the rest of the family was going to be even less excited. So instead I made a kind of cauliflower chana masala, served with basmati rice. This was only marginally more popular, but it was quick and easy in the IP, and it produced enough leftovers for a week of fast lunches for me.
