Tofu that I sort of marinated with a chile crisp marinade from the NYT, and then roasted on a sheetpan with broccoli. To go with it I made spaghetti noodles in sort of the Goten style: butter, lemon, soy sauce, onions & sesame seeds. The noodles were honestly all I was there for. Even though the tofu was fine.I could happily eat noodles every night but my conscious won't let me.
