Thursday, 5/12/22

 An unexpected windfall of ramp leaves led to ramp pesto with ditalini. Carter ate it just plain; Jason and supplemented with zucchini sautéed with cherry tomatoes and the last of the homemade ricotta. I wasn't sure how I liked the pesto at first, but it grew on me. Plus I felt so smug and local.
