Rice noodle bowls, with sautéed pork (with ginger, garlic and scallions). I thought we had chicken in the freezer, but no. Ground pork is tastier anyway. For garnished we had: carrots, cucumbers, mint, cilantro, basic, peanuts and nuoc cham, plus hoisin and chili crisp. A nice cool dinner on a hot night! Actually it was better than I hoped so that was a nice surprise.
