Wednesday, 8/2/23

 I did some cooking over the weekend, so I was glad to come home after an exceedingly tiring day at work to dinner basically already made. Potato-leek soup, marinated mushrooms, and caponata. I think I overcooked the eggplant in the caponata, but it's not bad. Jason was just happy to be eating oyster crackers.
