Jason came up with a new pizza idea, and it was a good one: ricotta, mozzarella, caramelized onions and artichoke hearts. Nice combo, Jason! Dessert was a box cake (whatever), but I did make a nice batch of ermine frosting (from King Arthur flour). I appreciate the light and creamy texture, and it's much less sweet than American buttercream (and much less fussy than Swiss or Italian).
