Laurie brought back treats from her trip to Italy and kindly invited us to share. Jen and John hosted (and picked up salami and prosciutto), and Jason made a loaf of bread. So we just had very fancy Parmesan, olive oil and Balsamic vinegar for dinner. So good! The 5 of us ate the whole loaf of bread. I made an angel food cake for dessert that we had with some pear-caramel sauce. Such a nice night! And the fireplace is an added bonus.
