Monday, 3/3/25

 I let Jason run wild with his dinner request of fish and chips (Aldi fish fillets in the oven; a bag of crinkle cuts in the deep fryer). The fish was actually pretty good with some cocktail sauce (and tartar sauce for Jason), the fries were fine, and the tomato-cucumber salad I made to balance things out was crunchy and refreshing.
