Sunday, 3/2/25

 I prepped some leftover white beans with salsa verde and zucchini when I was home for lunch, and Jason made rice, so that we had time to decompress with a snack and a drink when I got home from work. Then I just popped the beans under the broiler with some pepperjack and dinner was ready. Perfectly fine and I am glad to have used up another freezer item.
