I just wasn't feeling broccoli and tofu, but had to soldier on anyway. Made a batch of sauce from Cravings and just sauteed the tofu, added par-boiled broccoli and the sauce, and served it all over spaghetti noodles. I crowded the pan so the tofu didn't crisp up (should have roasted it) and it didn't look lovely, but it was fine. Not my best work but nothing a little chili crisp couldn't fix.
