Sunday, 4/13/25

 A fun dish from the NYT: gochujang buttered noodles. To make this a full meal, I added the rest of a bag of spinach plus a block of tofu that I had frozen (so it had that fun chewy texture). I would definitely make this again, and keep the tofu. The spinach didn't bring anything to the table except maybe iron but that's a good thing I guess. A keeper!
