Wednesday, 4/23/25

 Used the leftover bread from yesterday to make grilled cheese sandwiches. Jason added kimchi to his, but I just used pickled jalapenos on mine for a hit of spice and acid. The electric skillet does a great job with grilled cheese, partly because since it is out there on the porch I am more likely to forget about it a bit and let it cook low and slow. Roasted broccoli on the side.
