A nice healthy meal of tots with gravy and cheese. For once we were patient enough to let the tots get good and crispy, so they were extra tasty.  I also a made a cucumber salad with chili crisp vinaigrette which was a good counterpart. For dessert I made a rhubarb spoon cake with the first of the farm rhubarb. Even better than I remembered. It was nice to have a homemade dessert again but maybe three pieces was two too many.
