Saturday, 4/26/25

 Dinner with Jay and Jodi. They had just gotten back from Minnesota, so it was another on-the-fly pantry dinner. So we ended up with noodles with kale and tofu, plus roasted cabbage. It wasn't bad, although as usual I could have used a lot more kale. Jason also made a loaf of bread.
