Sunday, 5/4/25

 Another go at crispy rice salad, from Ali Slagle via the NYT. This time I did have the lime for the dressing, and halloumi, and some nice fresh greens from the farm. I even gave the rice a nice long time to get crunchy. It's a nice salad! It's really hard not to like something with fried halloumi in it. We just served it with some toasted leftover bread.
