Monday, 7/22/19

Dinner in Whately. We had only one Blue Apron, but it was grilled cheese (with pickled shallots and sauteed mushrooms), so we supplemented with a bread, more cheese, and some corn.The sandwiches were great, but the red cabbage slaw was only meh. I thought the corn wasn't quite as good as the batch we got from Smiarowski's last week, but it was fine.
It was so easy only making one Blue Apron!
