Family Relaxation Night! Chickpeas with a korma sauce (from my recipe book. I started with dried chickpeas which was fine but I would pre-cook them next time), cauliflower with cumin seed and jalapenos, homemade naan (from Saveur). Oh, and some tamarind chutney that really complimented the chickpeas.
For dessert we had madeines, which are truly best right out of the oven. So that is how we did it.
