Hamburgers and potato salad. I used up the onion relish on my burger and it was great. A very versatile condiment. The potato salad had asparagus, spinach, zucchini, kale and scallions; it will double as my lunch the rest of the week (which is good because no one else is enthused by it. The boys would prefer tater tots and who can blame them?).
