Monday. 9/5/16

Happy Labor Day! I took advantage of the day off to make ribs again (saved the recipe @ NYT); they turned out better this time; I liked the spice rub and the meat was super-tender. I also made baked beans (only meh. I fear I wasn't heavy handed enough with the sweeteners). Plus, a tomato-mozzarella salad.
