Thursday, 9/15/16

A late dinner, since we stopped by the Amherst Block Party (everyone in town was there and I would have liked to linger, but homework and dinner were beckoning). I had planned on making chicken korma, but since my Mom had just made curry I adapted Ottolenghi's black pepper tofu instead, making it with chicken breast. It was spicy and delicious. Although the amount of butter is a bit shocking; even I dial it back a bit.
