Tuesday, 1/10/17

I knew we would be having tofu, chinese broccoli, and noodles for dinner, but didn't really have a plan until I was walking home from work. I had nearly everything on hand for black pepper tofu, so that is what we had (I didn't have any ginger but it didn't really affect the final dish). Threw in some regular broccoli for Carter. I also realized that I actually own the cookbook that this recipe is in (Plenty); maybe I should be using some more recipes from it?
