I had been dreaming of a sicilian style pepperoni pizza from Serious Eats, and Jason graciously executed it for me. Thick, focaccia-like crust, spicy pepperoni, lots of cheese. Really good although I should have sliced more pepperoni (note to self: you always need more pepperoni than you think!). There was another nice pie with everything (onions, bacon, hamburger, mushrooms, olives, etc...), but I was really there for the pepperoni.
