Tuesday, 1/3/17

Another round of japchae. This time I used chicken instead of steak (maybe not quite as good), doubled some of the vegetables and prepped a LOT in the morning. It went much faster. I agree with myself from before that some sriracha was a welcome addition. I meant to make ramen scallion pancakes again but forgot. Perhaps I will teach Carter to make those another night since he liked them so much.
