Sunday, 4/9/17

I have deemed it sandwich week, and the first foray is roasted pork with caramelized onions, jalapenos and homemade aioli on brioche buns. Technically, the pork was marinated and slow cookered. It was a fair amount of work in the morning, but dinner certainly came together quickly.

Pretty sure everyone liked it. Note to self: there is no point in making mayonnaise by hand. Use the stupid food processor next time.
