Tuesday, 1/16/17

Yes, we still eat at home sometimes. Marinated and roasted tofu, plus steamed broccoli for Carter and roasted broccoli with garlic for Jason and me. Rice noodles with a quick version of black pepper tofu sauce: butter, light and dark soy, onions, garlic, sambal oelek and a little brown sugar. My favorite part of dinner.
