Fish cakes (from the NYT) that for once I remembered needed to be started in the morning, plus green beans and some popovers (Judie's was giving them away so I brought a couple home). The fish cakes are delicious (especially with a little sauce made from sour cream, cilantro and garlic), although they tended to fall apart a bit in the pan. The popovers are probably better fresh from the oven, as it turns out, but hey, free popovers.
