We had so many leftovers; I tried to make a meal from them and only somewhat succeeded. I made a curried chicken salad from some grilled chicken, and served that with the pita chips. Then I made zucchini-onion pakora (unfortunately, I don't remember where I found the recipe, but they were pretty simple and very good). Luckily, the pakora recipe was of a modest size, so I didn't create any
new leftovers, except for a batch of date-tamarind chutney.
