Saturday, 3/6/21

 Used the leftover Big Y fried to fish to make fish tacos. Jason made corn tortillas, and I assembled many condiments: avocado, cabbage, pickled jalapenos, queso fresco, salsa verde, black beans, limes...

A little rich, but overall a good use of fried fish. Not sure if I would bother batter-frying it up especially, though. Flan for dessert; Jason was so full he could only eat one serving!!
