Wednesday, 3/23/21

 Potato knishes (from Smitten Kitchen), plus kielbasa for the boys and a Caesar salad. The knishes turned out well (I made the dough and filling, Jason assembled), but I really just wanted to eat Caesar salad (bonus: making croutons used up a lot of our endless supply of bread). All of this took much longer than I anticipated, so even though I had the day off, it was after 6:30 before we sat down to dinner.
