Sunday, 3/14/21

 Two repeats, both from Smitten Kitchen: tomatoes roasted with feta and chickpeas, plus Stuffed Mushroom casserole. I was dismayed to realize that the latter called for cream cheese, which I neglected to but, but some leftover ricotta filled in nicely. That plus some leftover (slightly inferior) bread made an unorthodox dinner.
